Refunds:

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we are unable to offer refunds on purchases. All sales are final. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@FamilyAttire.com with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to find a solution.

 

Cancellations:

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, as our fulfillment process begins immediately to ensure timely delivery of your items.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@familyattire.com with photos of the issue, and we will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
